I'm not really a user of Harrier, but by the nature of my job I have no choice but to learn how Harrier works. I find it quite a handy piece of equipment, great as a PDA but not so great as a phone.

I learn from the past that you can download a batch to activate a voice recognision of the phone. And you can make your own ringtone. However, what is a point of adding your own ringtone when you cannot set a "Name Ringer" When you use the phone for work as well as personal, sometimes it is handy to have a distinctive ringer to tell you this is for work or not. One can argue that you can pick up the phone and look at who calls. But when you're using Bluetooth and still have to pick up the phone?

So it has become my question if any of Harrier users or Tech supports can tell me, how to set a Name Ringer on Harrier. If it is possible to do so.

We'll never be too old to learn, and we learn at least one new thing every day.
