G'day.

We are interested in purchasing some idustrial strength PDA's.

There would need decent memory (128mb+), allow some form of ruggedness, but most important of all is increased battery life over standard pda's. These units will be used in the field non-stop for 8-10hrs per day and won't have the opportunity to be recharged until the end of day.

In built GPS would be ideal, but not neccesary. Would need CE.NET 4.2.

Does anyone know of any that fit the above specs?

Thanks.

Welcome to Geekzone... Here in New Zealad you can find some Symbol (in both CDMA and GPRS versions, or without any phone at all), the Telecom Triton and the Juniper Allegro CX.

You could also look into a Trimble Recon - apparently they are supposed to be super rugged! GeoSystems.co.nz would be a good place to look.
