As stated in the topic. Does this mean we soon can see HP rw6800 in Vodafone stores? I like the look, shame it isn't 3G and nor it has VGA, but it is pretty petite... though i don't agree with the price tag! :-S

Have a look at here...

I don't understand why HP didn't make it 3G. What a waste of time and you are right it is expensive.

In the last few months I've seen some HP devices in stores, but never noticed them being a "Vodafone" offering. I am not sure HP is working with Vodafone on these.

I saw this device in Singapore. Nice little one, looks good, but it sounds expensive.

Well... we all know HP did not directly "make" this... they just rebrand Quadra (spelling?) product as HP product.

Shame HP are heading towards that direction now... I still hope to see there may be a day HX4800/HX4900 appearring with VGA and 3G/HSDPA. (total speculation)

That's what we did with my partner's phone. We got it in singapore even before nz starts selling it. And for a whole lot cheaper too! :-D

Might have to do the same IF I go back to Singapore/Malaysia this September... mmm SP5 or StarTek or N80 bugger.. most probably i will keep using my SP2. LOL

Yes it is a bit expensive, and from what I've read about it from user reviews it seems as though the case is quite flimsy and low quality, which is a shame,as that was the only problem I had with the 6365 [twisting body breaking the LCD,not direct screen pressure,3 times] this is the reason I've gone back to using an old imate pocket pc [very robust]also I've tried many different WM5 roms and apart from some nicer menu's IMO its a backwards step in everything else[speed, reliability, battery life] so I don't think I would buy a WM5 device until MS have sorted it out, most users say the 6828 has a very nice screen though.
I like Chiefie's idea of a magnesium bodied HX4800/4900 with 3G and a VGA 4" screen, don't think it will happen though, too many people would find it too big I think and probably wouldn't sell well [just like the jamjar]
