Shut it down after starting windows...

But that is not the problem, as the trusted zone is set to medium security anyway...

Ok, and you have the Hotsync listening on the same COM port defined on Bluetooth Services (not clients) then?

Yep...Com 3 - I've tried Com 4 & 5 as well, but no luck...not even after deleting them and recreating them...

However, just one question...I'm not on that computer at the moment, so can't exactly remember the setup, but my Bluetooth device's program has two areas where you can view and add services - I can add a Serial Port in both sections (one is Client, can't remember what the other section is called)...now, where should the Serial Port be installed - in the Client section or the other one? I will post the name of the other one when I am on that computer (will be tomorrow morning...it's 11:20pm at the moment here in the UK)...

Apart from that, I have done everything mentioned in this post.... :(
