Although we're all still waiting, some have theirs and this guy has a nice clip of some xbmc action

Fingers crossed for an email to arrive in the next week or so...

Yeah, disappointing to know now that international orders are only starting to be shipped this coming week.
At backer number 205, I expect to be one of the first to get mine. Well, I'll be highly disappointed if I'm not.

Yep, and add to that the fact that no Limited Edition versions have shipped at all means my high backer number limited edition with an extra controller won't be at the front of the next batch of shipments.

Holy Moly. I'm a little surprised to see one actually made it out of the US. It gives me hope i'll eventually see one, hah.

How long did it take to arrive from initial shipping email to the door?

Hey guys,

I'm another purchaser (but non-backer) of the Ouya.  Glad to see that someone in NZ received theirs!  I pre-ordered right before the cot-off in February.  So I'm half expecting to receive mine after the retail launch (now late June).  No doubt there will be an uproar if they do ship retail orders without clearing the backlog of backers and pre-orders.

I also bought it as a XBMC frontend with the side benefit of gaming.  DontPanic42, if you get a chance to try XBMC on the console I'd be interested in your feedback.

I received an email last night from Ouya. My unit will be sent to me in 2 weeks time. It has just arrived at their distribution centre.

Edit - I was one of the original backers via kickstarter.

Awesome news. It was pretty quick between pre-shipping email and the actual shipping email. I had thought they weren't doing the pre-shipping email any more... It'll be interesting to see how long DHL takes to get it to you in any case.
