Lias: Buy from Computer Lounge.. you will never regret it.. PBTech's support for faults can be quite hit and miss.

I would have agreed re CL until my last purchase but I found the whole thing fairly unsatisfactory overall. It was probably just a one off, but I'll be thinking carefully next time around.

Yeah I would agree with that, I had very bad luck with PBTech and Computer Lounge were very good when I dealt with them, though there prices are a bit higher.

It depends, after adding PB Techs shipping / credit card fees I find CL is often similar or cheaper in price.

eg, Western Digital Caviar Green WD40EZRX 4TB is $289 from PB Tech (after 2.5%+shipping), and CL do it for $259, inc shipping.

I've personally never had a problem with PBTech and their range is fantastic.

Sales wise they are okay, RMA can be quite hit and miss.

Every company is going to have the odd unhappy customer, but CL is consistently a cut above the rest.

Seeing as you were looking at BF4 Benchmarks this set of benchmarks from toms hardware may be helpful

Perhaps it's worth waiting for the Mantle version to come out in December first before making a commitment.

Would only ever buy stuff like flash drives from PBTech. My parents have bought the family PCs from them but the last purchase was before I knew how to/was trusted to do it myself.

Have always had good experiences with Computer Lounge and Playtech. With Playtech I had a GPU die on me out of warranty and went from a Radeon 6870 to a 7870 in the process. Also had some Logitech Z623 speakers fail out of warranty and got a replacement 2 days later
