I have played Dragon Age before on PS3 but never completed it and seen there's a sale on EU store, both Dragon Age and Dragon Age 2 are 6 GBP each. However I also fancied Skyrim but I see Elder Scrolls Online releases on PS4 soon and it had some negativity but it seems they have improved it now. Also see there's Dark Souls 2, which has great reviews but also apparently frustrating. All of them are like 40 hours so lots of gaming, any recommendations of which to start with or the best ones? Thanks :)

Elder Scrolls MMO is horribad, if you want a dcent MMO to sink good time and money into you can either go with traditional WoW or the new Final Fantasy 14. both are great examples of MMO's but nothing revolutionary.

If you are into the WRPG scene Dragon age or the Mass effect games are brill. for the best results play through them in sequence. Especially Mass effect, you won't regret it as your decisions in the first game can have later impact in 2 and 3. such a good story and feeling.

Dark Souls is a good recommendation if you hate yourself and don't rage quite easily

And my all time recommendation  last of us. Not quite 40 hours long and not a RPG but you sound like your hankering for a story to get into and The Last of Us has a story that just blew everyone I know away. it was better than a Movie.

There are heaps of Free to Play MMO's

Can try Neverwinter Knights, or Star Trek online.

The one I still play after 6 years is DDO (Dungeons and Dragons Online).

Skyrim offers a truly massive amount of replay options, and content from DLC.  It would have to be among the best value for money of any game ever published.

Dragon Age and Dragon Age 2 are both fun.  But once you've finished them you're not likely to play them again.  Witcher 2 has an excellent story line, the UI is a little bit clunky, but if it's a real role playing experience you want, there probably isn't much else to touch it in the CRPG realm.
