Question, i bought this XBOX ONE Kinect bundle special from the Warehouse Red Alert Offer

Not only did they send me a XBOX ONE thats over a year old / pre used / scratched / covered in filth,  it didn't have any disks/codes or anything for 3 of the games, Call of Duty
and the 2 Assassins Creed Games.

Should i have gotten some codes or anything for those Assassins Creed or do they just automatically appear on the console?

Ouch. I hear they are good with returns, so I'd be heading back there to get what you paid for, a complete and new product. The odd anomlay is one thing but old, dirty, missing stuff? Probably ended up in the wrong pile at the warehouse (no pun intended)

no they didnt advertise it as used / refurb etc, luckily im not trusting and i took screenshots all through the ordering process, im waiting to hear back from them about it.

I do really want to know if it should have come with some codes etc to download those  games it advertised.

I saw that deal and was kicking myself for not jumping on it - at that price it really did seem too good to be true. I guess maybe it was...

Take it back for replacement or refund, that is disgraceful. You should have got a card with a key for the games that you enter in the store to redeem the download. If its used they have probably already been downloaded

The Call of Duty i would expect a Disc given the graphic, however the Titan Fall I would expect as with most bundles a card and a download. The Titan Fall download is huge.

The titan fall im not sure about either if that should have had a redemption code or similar, was nothing in the box to do with Titan Fall, assume it would have already been used
when the console was first activated in march 2014.

just checked up about this

Assassins Creed games were tokens, but the other two should have been full packaged product.

You should return it and get a new console.

I doubt they hatched a plan to screw you, probbaly a past return ended up in the wrong pile, and got packaged in error

Agreed - suspect someone just royally screwed up on your order rather than trying to screw you out of anything.

Have you had any update from the Warehouse? I am sure they will put it right.

im sure they will get back to me about it at some point, called this morning she seemed quite helpful, but didn't offer any kind of resolution as yet until they spoke with the "red alert team"

it was bought online so i cant just rock up to a store with it.
