I see the Warehouse has the special edition console and game on sale for $649 today (Red Alert sales).  I have a perfectly good 512 gb PS4 but I think it might be time to give that to my nephews for Christmas and pick up this one :)  I'll sleep on it and see how I feel tomorrow morning...

Is there a way to confirm they are the new design consoles?

I don't like how the one off design controllers don't keep the colours on the buttons correct.

I didn't in the end. I see the PS4 version of the game sold out on the Red Alert sale but not one Xbox One copy sold.

Good to see the PS4 doing so well. Sony really needed a hit and the PS4 success will guarantee another generation of consoles, yay.

Was interested in Battlefront but without a Single Player I decided to give it a miss.

Wow, the graphics in this game look truly "next gen", easily the best I've seen on the PS4. I've been shot so many times because I've been distracted by the scenery, especially on the Endor maps.  So beautiful.

The game has a really good pick-up-and-play feel.  I suspect it's the sort of game I'll play in 20 to 30 minutes bursts over the next year or so.  Might not be a deep game but it suits what i want just at the moment.  However, If I ever lose my job, I'll pick up Fallout 4 the next day ;)

I'm really enjoying it. Not deep, but great pick up and play.

Bought a ps4 1t the other day partly to play this on as it has higher res than my xbone. Have to say though go that I am not a fan of the ps4. Interface is clunky, it's noisy, and it seems to crash a lot ( especially on rest mode or resume).

The Xbox just seems so much more complete and polished, and remains my go to for gaming and media ( between plex, Netflix , and bbc it has it all pretty much covered)

I'm enjoying what I've played, but the matchmaking is really terrible, keep joining UK servers, until DICE/EA fix it, it's unplayable for me.

Matchmaking seems ok for me - no lag. Although I wish it matched me with players who were just as crap as me :)

Like others, really enjoying the game, even though I am bad. Sometimes I can get a Positive K/D Ratio, other times it just completely awful like 4:12. Some maps I prefer to others.
