I have been checking servle reviews sites but it seems that result varies between websites, so I was wondering if you could let me know what is the best videocard for gaming with best performance for the buck ratio. Im asking for this as i have been saving for some time and nearly ready to get a beast to replace my 7950GX2,

Cheers

Lew

I like the look of the nVidia 9600gt at $200ish, and the 4850 at $300ish, but I don't know.
I'm also upgrading atm, and not sure which vid card to purchase, I like alot of the features of the 9600gt - power saving, etc, and the price, but the 4850 has alot of raw power.

Best performance for the buck is ATI's HD4850.
