Yup, got it the moment it arrived when I saw increased DivX compatibility. Does indeed play a few more DivX files that it couldn't play previously, but still a ways to go on this front...

I've pull out some discs with stuff I know is encoded using an older version of DivX and the PS3 will play them all now!!
Very pleased Smile
What have you found that doesn't work still?

I think I've found a bug in it,
when you stop playback it seems to jam and you can't go back to the list of video files. I'm playing off a dvd-r.

This strikes me as an odd thing to add, no one would've used DivX 3.x in the last couple of years I would've thought as the newer versions are so superior. Useful I suppose, but seems odd to put out a whole firmware update where this and the option to download another 100+ Meg for the photogallery addon are the only changes.
