Hi Lupins,

I blogged about The REAL Deal About Noel Leeming here if you missed it. Maybe NL/BB should take a look at that too.

I'm not surprised it took so long for them to reply to you.

It took over a month for them to reply to my formal complaint (which even mentioned and threatened the Commerce Commission so I'm surprised they didn't take it seriously).

The thanked me for my patience with the matter and said (sic) "this has been a lengthy investigation to which is now complete".

Their response drew a lot of LOLs. In fact I have kept it and have plans to perhaps frame it one day. Not only did they mis-spell my name, the grammar is something out of primary school.

Anyway I have absolutely no faith in the Noel Leeming Group whatsoever.
