Bioware targetting March 1st for official Oceanic launch. Sounds like there'll be some local servers too.

Did anyone else experience problems with game crashing and dumping queue positions recently?

Hows everyone finding the game?

Im still waiting for the que to die down on the Sith server we were using. Got my inquistor up to level 12 or so.
I found another server that was empty at the time and started a jedi knight - gone tank. If I log in and theres a que, I play my Jedi character.

Very fun game : )

Yep. Same here.

This is a tired question... But is there any other way of getting a product key.

Amazon shipped my copy yesterday but now I've started leveling... Being unable to play for the next few days is really bugging me lol.

Yea its gonna suck, apparently my copy will arrive next Friday (just before new year).
If it doesn't, then not until the new year.  Ahh well.

I had a look last night and its $60US for a digital copy of the game. I thought about getting that, and then putting my copy on Trade Me when it turns up.
My expected delivery is the 30th, but its also getting sent to work, which isnt open again until the 9th.
That would mean my entire holiday I wouldnt be able to play it.

But did want the boxed version...I just thought id have more time.

I only just discovered that...

Haha... And in my desperation I bought a digital version product key last night:

http://www.IGXE.com

I got it here because the EA Origin Store would not allow me to purchase and I'd prefer not to pay for VPN/Proxy.

I still have the boxed version which I'll sell on TradeMe.

I'm in game now! I might level my current character and make a new one for the Oceanic server(s).

I ended up in Shadow Hand because I can't read properly. I was supposed to choose 'The' Swiftsure...

http://www.gamekeysbuy.com/star-wars-the-old-republic-deluxe-editon-retail-key-eadm-p-137.html

Another good site to get the game, Australia owned and genuine. Digital downloads, key gets emailed once purchase has gone through.

$48 au, for SWTOR

I had a hell of a time trying to purchase the game anywhere else, Amazon flagged that once shipping costs are added, tried SW main site for the digital download but it states not available in your country so emailed them they replied back with try amazon or any other of their providers so I tried Origin but got the same thing not available in your country. So gave up till a friend emailed me saying he got the game from Gamekeysbuy.com . Key emailed minutes after payment and is now downloading. So gamekeysbuy it is for me and a 26gig download coming up! lol

Ive been trying hard not to actually buy another copy of the game.
Figured id spend all my time playing it. Sucks now that I cant, but its an excuse not to spend my time inside, but to get out and do stuff.

Tho there has been a couple of moments that ive almost given in!
