Testing setup of a UC320 device. Using latest available firmwares etc. All settings are pretty much standard. I cannot dial 111.
If I dial 1-111 (i.e. 1 for outside line) I get does not exist anywhere
If I dial 111 (i.e. ignore the 1 for outside line) I get service unavailable

Also I can't dial 082210 - VFX portal = service unavailable
All other numbers I have tested work fine.

Any ideas?

Yep, made that change last night, but was still no change. So you are seeing the 111 call request? I also double checked from another VFX line / device, and that worked fine.

no .. it was at our end and the use of pan.wxnz.net with rpid for 111, required some sip header changes on our side to account for this

Thanks for that, wonder how many other UC320's have not been able to dial 111? Don't other installers test this?

Also, when you get a chance, can you please look at unable to dial 082210 - though I think this is a dial plan issue that would need to be actioned by Cisco with their next regional pack. NB: 083210 for Telecom messaging works.

Thanks
Fraser

Similar problem to than of CoffeeBaron - UC320 with latest Firmware 3.2.3 (6), cannot dial 111 or other short dial codes e.g. 0172. Also need to dial local area code (04) for making any local calls. Any suggestions?

Who is your VoIP provider, WxC?

As an extra bit of information, whenever you try to dial out Fuzzerbear, it adds +64 in front of your number that you dial, so if you find a way to take that prefix out it should be ok.

Ok a google search yields :

http://www.cisco.com/en/US/docs/voice_ip_comm/unified_communications/csbuc300/html/uc320w_ag_78-19371en.htm

under sip/bri trunks and then sip provider settings look for this option :

"Prefix dialed numbers with: Check the box if this feature is required by your service provider. When this feature is enabled, the system automatically inserts the appropriate dialing prefix to an external number (such as +1 in the US or +44 in the UK, based on the specified Regional Settings)."

Yours is dialling +64, if you can turn this off, it should fix your issue.

VOIP provider is WxC. Using the latest firmware 2.3.2 (6) does not allow one to add / remove international code(s) since you have to select a country as a region which adds the +64 for you. There is no You have to select a country - there is not an option to leave this out. Should I contact Cisco directly for this? Surely there would be other UC320 users in NZ? There is no dial-plan option (not selectable) or additional region options.
