Hi Guys and Girls,

Just a help us to help you post.

As everybody is aware on Geekzone we do support Geekzone with official responses and do try to help out directly here with fault resolution, we will continue to do so but we would ask that if you are posting any problems here that you are aware that this does not replace our helpdesk and should not be your first port of call for logging issues. Logging an issue with the Helpdesk will also raise a Ticket Number that we obviously use for tracking.

If you do log a fault with the helpdesk can you make sure you get this fault ticket number, so if you do raise an issue here if you include this number it can help whoever looks at it, it also helps me to track back through any process problems encountered.
