I have a 100mm deep 19" rack and am trying to find a rack mount network switch that's less than 100mm deep.  Does anyone know of one?

Thanks

Is there space for it to jut out in front of the rack?  You can often set up the ears this way especially the cisco "universal" ears.

Hi, would have to say never seen one. I recommend you never use less than a 300mm deep wall frame or rack, that way you can fit most brands including top end mangaged layer2 GigE models. If you trim it down to 200mm then there are a number of low end unmanaged models about. But you are likely to have to make do with basic (read plastic) desk top models on a shelf or on the cabinet floor if you only have 100mm to deal with.

The narrowest that I've seen were Edimax at 120mm. They pop up on trademe for under $10.

I had a CNET one which probably was less than 100mm. 24 port 100mbps unmanaged. 100mm is crazy short depth. Why so short lol?
