LLC is a different type. I can't imagine what else it could be. Factory reset and start again perhaps?

Hmm, your status screen looks a bit different to mine.  Do you have V1 of the DGND3700?  I've got V2.  Here's what mine looks like:

Yes, I do have version 1 of this modem. Your stats look similar to mine, except for the downstream figures. There are more qualified experts in these forums who could explain why.

I think rather than 11mb/s down, it should read more like 23mb/s based on those stats, unless in missing something.

I've got DSL Mode set to AUTO.

I can't see any Transfer Mode setting anywhere.

I might plug my old Dynalink in and just check the line stats on that.

Here's the line stats for my old Dynalink:

How does that compare to the stats on my DGND3700?

Upon plugging my DGND3700 back in it connected first time. Coincidence?

Wish I could help you a bit more. I found the online version of the V2 model. From reading other web sites the only difference between the V1 and V2 models are the interface.
According to the v2 manual the multiplexing setting is in the WPS WIZARD/adsl settings menu.

Thanks for all your help. I think I'll keep the router for now and see how it goes over the weekend. If it has lots of trouble connecting or drops out then I'll return it for a refund.

Get a DG834G. Flash it with custom firmware, tweak the SNR and get more downstream. Rock solid modem, never let me down.

You can get them for $30.00 on TradeMe, sometimes cheaper.
