Hi everyone, been visiting Geekzone with problems for years and getting solutions and now I hope to get help with my own.

I had my VDSL line installed with Snap today and picked up a 2750 yesterday due to its reputation. I've only ever dealt with fairly basic routers prior so this was kind of a big step up, got all my settings from Snap in apart from VCI/VPI settings which I couldn't find. The router shows there is a connection along with my IP, upload, download and a number of other details, however, I cannot load any webpages. I called snap and one rep told me that it's because i am unable to tweak VPI/VCI settings and I have read online on different forums that there aren't said settings but to conflict that I have seen at least one person using the 2750 on snap so it must be possible.
Obviously I've bitten off more than I can chew since I am stumped by this so hoping someone smarter than me has any insight.

VPI/VCI is not applicable (not sure why it's listed on the Snap support page) as Chorus VDSL2 uses PTM for transport not ATM. Make sure however that you enable vlan and priority tagging on the WAN interface.

If browsing does not work, check you have valid DNS server addresses for Snap perhaps you may have manually set these to your previous ISP somewhere.

Just follow DrayTek NZ's instructions :)

That's tested and working 100% with Snap.

thank you both for the quick replies, I can't believe I overlooked the NAT setting (I saw that instruction page prior to writing this) DOH!

One other question, this router doesn't have Wifi functionality but I have an old Linksys WAG200G wireless router that I was using, could I use the wireless capabilities of that to broadcast the wifi around the house?

Nevermind, got a newer Belkin router to send the Wifi all around my house. Would there be a benefit to going for a proper Access Point as opposed to using the current method? :)
