Could I be getting interference on my wifi (red) from the others?

I'm suddenly having wifi dropouts and the only difference is new neighbours close by and these ssid's have appeared. I've tried selecting different channels, but there has been no obvious improvement.

I have a Huawei H253s router with a fibre connection.

You certainly could be, but it could also be that the new neighbours have a phone / microwave / some other thing that is pushing out interference in the 2.4GHz band that won't show up as a network in WiFi analyser.

Can you try 5GHz?

Thanks. Might be hard to track that down.

I can't see any option for 5GHZ on my router, so I guess not.
