Now this has been an issue with me for the last week, I got the modem/router Asus N55U-C1 and figured it would be a sweet replacement for the one Spark provided which can't reach my lounge through two walls at about 5 metres away. I have searched through numerous forums and walkthroughs, based on a lot of other routers, used the settings Spark said, but no connection. Getting the DSL light, but no internet connection. Called Spark they told me to call Asus, Asus told me to call Spark so nothing from the companies. I have attached the WAN setting pages and options I've used in hope that someone will be able to tell me my obvious issue. Apparently it's all good to return it for a partial refund, which is fine with me all I really wanted was something better than the Huawei thing I got free, cost wasn't a concern of mine. Thanks in advance to anyone who can lend a hand.

Looking at your first picture, it looks like you have it configured for adsl rather than fiber.

Yeah I assumed it was ethernet WAN that I'd be configuring it under, but since that didn't seem to work I tried everything else

Add VLAN VID 10 to the WAN interface, if its like the AC66U it's in an odd place, like under media or something nonsensical.

Yeah I found that option only popped up when trying to connecting through ADSL PPPoE as opposed to automatic IP
