Hi All, I have a project coming up where I need to install about 200m of fibre between 2 buildings on the same property.

Conduit is already in the ground between the buildings, so it should not be too difficult...

I have never had to have this done before, does anyone have any recommendations on who to contact for work like this?

I had a need for a much shorter length (15m or so total, about 6m underground) and bought a pre-made patch cable with the right ends off aliexpress and used the old cat5 to pull it thru carefully. End came out covered in accumulated much from the pipe so had to wash it all off.
