Anyone know where one can purchase right angled cat6 cable, needing as the slim wall mount for the tv doesn’t leave much room for a traditional straight plug.

I've never personally seen one. If it is going to an ethernet port on the same wall (less than a metre) then you can look at one of those Cat5e or Cat6 "flat" Ethernet cables.
