Currently running a HG630B, but get pretty poor wifi speeds(Range from 15-30mb/s about 4m away from router) considering we have 100MB/s fibre.. I am wanting to upgrade to a 5hz router that will up the speeds for a decent price.

I have seen a HG659B for $60 on trademe(New) which seems like a good option as far as im aware.. Is there any better options for around the same price?

HG659 will work fine.

Seconded, although I'd go for the HG659b if you can - much the same price. And they're available for dirt-cheap on Trademe. Moderately configurable unless you have specialist needs, and with decent enough 5 GHz Wi-Fi speeds. Recommended.

What are their range like? I know a few mates with the Huaweis and the range isn't so good.

IME 5GHz range is one wall on any piece of gear. If you need furthur than that then deploy more gear.
