Hi Guys.

I've spent ages trying to work this out, searching forums and google etc.

At my work we have a Polycom Video Conference system; and HDX 7000. It's worked well in the past, but recently our modem has been reset and it has not worked since!

All advice I've been given (and also from the equipment suppliers) is to open the appropriate ports. (image attached) But I cannot work out how exactly to do this properly. so any help is very much appreciated.

We have an orcon modem, and I can go to the NAT page in the modem admin interface and open inbound ports. But I cannot see how to open outbound ports (or do I even need to do this?) I also get the message "port 30005 must be omitted' when opening ports 10024 - 65535.

sorry if this doesnt make much sense!

Thanks heaps.

Hi, by default all outbound ports should already be open, so all you need is to provide the inbound port forwards

Edit: for the inbound ports, you actually need to port forward them to the phone, all you should require is port 1720TCP, and 3230-3241 TCP and UDP
