Greetings

We currently have a wireless bridge setup between 2 buildings approx 50 metres away from earth other, clear line of sight,
which works well if the weather is fine, but has recently become unstable if its raining

the equipment is over 3 years old so its time to overhall this, need a more stable connection connection for when the weather
is bad

Can anyone recommend equipment or a company that they have delt with that would be suitable

thanks

Hi Dan,

I have an entire network of partners specialising in RF networking that I can put you in touch with, and they deal with a variety of equipment depending on the situation.  There are two key questions though.
 - Where in NZ are you?

 - How important is the bridge to your company network - you very much get what you pay for with wireless, both in terms of service and hardware quality.

3Com Wireless bridging equipment, with 3Com flat panel aerials. Couple of ex-customers had this stuff and apparently works really well.

You could also build a cantena

They look really well with Linksys WRT54GL

Think i have two in my garage if you want to buy them..
Will just have to find the connections
