Is your router using the default DNS configuration or is it configured with something different?

Tried using 8.8.8.8 / 8.8.4.4 to see how it goes?

RunningMan:

Can you post a copy of a traceroute when things are working, and another when not.

Correct me if im using the wrong tracert site as im using the standard the spark technicians has told me to use which was tracert stuff.co.nz and tracert nzherald.co.nz
[EDIT: the one where it doesnt go over the first hop is just the first hop with <1ms but to nothing. im assuming this is just saying its not talking between the modem and my device? if so then i apologise]
[EDIT 2: in regards to the part where it doesnt work. its like the stuff.co.nz one but the request timeouts hits until 30 hops. when it does happen ill copy paste it but for not it seems to do only thing for today.]

Tracing route to nzherald.co.nz [104.22.60.165]

So based on what you've posted so far I get the feeling this issue is only on a single PC? Have you tried another device?
