hey guys.
I bought my BT from ebay two months ago and I installed drivers. After plugging is mu BT to usb this messages appears "This usb device that is attached to this computer is malfuctioning". So I thought the dongle is not good. So I asked for replacemnet and I got another new one. No when I plug new one in I get the same message as above.
Drive software is Bluesoleil. I have windows xp sp 2. When I installed the software I get another network connection beside my existing one with big red X mark(disable).
I have LG PM325 cell phone to connect BT.
Please some help.

Well, if a second USB dongle didn't work with your PC I suspect the USB port is not working properly. Are you connecting directly to a USB port or to a USB Hub? These things don't like USB Hub.

You can test this on someone's else PC. If it works and you are not using a USB Hub then you could buy a USB PCI card and try that - these go cheap these days.

Thanx for reply

I don't have usb hub directly to usb port. I tried on laptop and other PC same response.
