When you pair the phone and the computer it will ask a PIN - enter a 4 digit number of your choice. The other device will then ask for the PIN and you enter the same number.

even i am paring throug phone or labtop other device never asked for PIN key, still same result
It also depends on what software you are using on the laptop. If using the Microsoft Bluetooth stack or Widcomm then you have to enter the PIN.
If you are using a BlueSoleil software then you have a option to define the default PIN and this will be always used (only the new device will ask for the PIN, which will remain the same).
