I have a large number of patches to do from a Krone 110 type panel across to a Cat5 RJ45 Patch panel.
As they may need to be changed from time to time rather than punch down the pairs on the Krone side is there an adaptor fitting (110 to RJ45F?) or adaptor patch lead available? If so where could I purchase them from? Example pictured here.

Like this?

Not cheap though, and haven't checked if they ship to NZ.
Could you chop up some 110 cables and terminate them with an RJ45 connector.

I believe Signal Technology have these and include them in some of their Signet home systems.

Hi, using the term Krone and 110 in the same sentence is an interesting combination. Your picture shows a 110 adaptor, this will not fit a Krone block, but will fit a 110 biscuit block as sold by Hubble, Dataplus and other 110 houses.

Krone do make a 4pair Highband 10 to RJ45 path cord to do what you want, product code 6451 2 099-30 is something like it. As I say it will fit a Highband 10 that is a cat5e solution, if you want cat6 or 6a you will need to consider something from the patch by exception product line and they do make patch cords that come from either the front or behind.
