They're rebranded Fine Offset stations (as are many, many others from various sources). OK for the price, but I ditched mine and got a Davis when I had endless problems with the radio (it's sensitive to battery voltage, and doesn't cope with interference. The Davis ones use FHSS and don't have that problem).
