Anyone else lose text notifications on the gear s3?
Just happened to me since yesterday, have tried factory reset, reinstalling gear app on phone, no luck.
Phone and Whatsapp notifications still coming through. Message app on gear s3 is still getting the texts pushed through to it, but no notifications.

So a simple reason for loss of messages - was because I moved over to Samsung's own message app.

Anyone know of a way of getting the watch to automatically go into flight mode when not being worn? I'm trying a Tasker profile where
I'm trying a Tasker profile where phone is set to do not disturb whenever connected to watch.
networkn:paulchinnz:@networkn - is that notification because of the weather app or the altimeter app?
No idea, but it shows the weather when it vibrates.

With the default weather app, hourly is the highest frequency. Pressure alerts from the barometer app? (I disabled those alerts on day 1 because don't know what to do with that info) Alternatively some phone weather app that's pushing notifications to watch...
Ok This watch is driving me nuts telling me the temp is changing every couple of minutes. How do I work out what's causing it and fix it?
LazyDr: Hmm, that's weird. I get notifications from Google about 3-4 times a daywith the current weather incl temp, but definitely not as frequent as it sounds like you are.
Can you tell which app it is that's sending through the notification? You can choose which apps can and cannot create notifications in the gear app on the phone
No, well not unless someone can help me by telling how I can tell. I am wondering if maybe 2 apps are doing it?
