Mine just did a firmware update but I dont notice any new zone stuff anywhere.

Did you also get an update to the Mi Home app? Mine is now 5.1.26

after last update for mi home app and vacuum, something weird is happening.

 

vacuum can't build correct map and tries to go through walls, or thinks there's wall in the middle of open space :(

 

Don't know if there's dues to sensor? I'll give it a clean tonight. 

 

Can map be reset? does it build map each timer from scratch?

 

3 weeks of flawless runs, turning into facepalm experience.

Just tried mine again and all working as usual, maybe time for a sensor clean? AFAIK maps are constructed from new each time.





 I'm supposed to respect my elders, but it's getting harder and harder for me to find one now.

ok, just got the app update also, and can see the zone stuff now.

 

Hopefully will get a chance to test that out soon.

it's under settings -> clean up mode.

 

but no quick select.
