Hi, the silicone strap on my Pop is broken.

Has anyone been able to get replacement straps in NZ, or did you have to go overseas?

Is it within warranty? My Fitbit strap destroyed itself and they have sent a replacement free of charge with zero dramas

I was going to buy a $50 replacement strap but thought I'd try my luck first, glad i did

It is out of warranty unfortunately.

I see them on Amazon, but just wondered if there was a local reseller.
