I requested an unlock for old posts regarding Dahu and cleverloop

A customer rang saying he can no longer access his camera through his phone app software.

I wanted to ask if there was other software that can be used instead.

I think the company has gone out of business or something

Really depends on the setup. It's not a question with a simple yes/no answer.

Had a look at the system. Its a whole cleverloop system including the camera (camera is not dahua which we thought initially) The system is only two pieces, one camera and the cleverloop device that plugs into the router and a port to plug in an external harddrive to take backups.

The cleverloop app on the phone just comes up with a blank screen.

I could try and re-add the cameras, if that will solve the issue, will have to find a userguide.

I looked at the ispyconnect app but don't think it would be suitable as it needs to be installed to a pc as well.

Rather than using Ispy app that may not work with the cleverloop hub, what is the alternative to the cleverloop device, or do I need to buy another camera system, the hardware works, but shame the app doesn't
