Shelly 2.5 is now approved. Hopefully the dimmer 2 is not too far away.

I downloaded it.

Got some of my Shelly's wired up now. They are so fast from the app. Really impressed.

I think the link only lasts 24 hours. If you go to global-mark.com.au and do a certificate search on Allterco you should find it

My views (except when I am looking out their windows) are not those of my employer.

Massive shipping queue if that deters anybody.

I ordered on the 27th and still not posted, while other countries are being shipping out straight away.

My order has expected shipping date of Dec 06. You can see it under the order when logged in, my order was made on the 27th of November as well.

Yeah 6th Dec for me too. If you look on the support forums a lot of people have already had items shipped. Maybe it's the items we bought causing the shipping delay (1, Temp addon, 2.5, Dimmer, RGB)

My experience from a previous order is that the "expected shipping date" doesn't mean much.  The date is autogenerated at the time of the order, but in my case one item (RGBW) went out of stock and it took 2 months before the order shipped (note that the website never showed it out of stock, and their support just replied that it would ship "next week" when I opened a ticket... which didn't happen since they didn't have it available!)

Still, these are great devices when they arrive 😃

Not really worth rushing out compared to the cost of getting four, is it?

Also notice that the smartguys website now projects end of January for certification of the Dimmer 2 :/

Order shipped out today. 3-4 days late isn't too bad.

I imagine i'll miss getting them before the holidays. Didn't pay extra for DHL this time.

Mine shipped early yesterday morning - on DHL. Within 6 hours had already received a 'this might be delayed' email. Estimated delivery is 15th of December, so will be following it closely

I've used DHL about 5 times in Nov and Dec and they all get that 'might be delayed' or 'on hold' message. It might be applied by default. All the DHL items arrived quickly and weren't really delayed. They only delays I got was if I applied a redirect to the items. That caused a week long delay to resort.

I wish I bought one of these strippers when I first started installing these. They are worth their weight in gold.

I've found the Shelly 1 with the Temperature Sensor AddOn, makes a great garage door opener.

The shelly 1 can be powered by the 12v supply from the garage door opener and sensor add-on can be used to monitor the state of a reed switch.

I've got the same ready to go. Haven't wired it up yet though. Need some cheap 2 wire cable for the reed switch.

Bought the reed switch off trademe for $7 shipped.

I might have a few to sell shortly. I bought much more than I needed in the end.
