I emailed them over the weekend about the USPS issue. They’re sending another replacement using another carrier. Can’t fault them for their customer service.
Did your one leave Miami or was it still just sitting there?
I've got one that apparently left Miami on 17th September with no updates since then. I wonder if it's worth reaching out to them about it.
The last update said it was processed at an outbound depot in Miami so I’m only assuming it’s still sitting there. I’d definitely reach out to them. My understanding is that anything still in transit with USPS that is still in the USA is going to be returned to sender at some point.
