shim99: Had my Tempest for 2 years and 2 months and the temperature sensor has failed. I reached out to them and got the standard it’s out of warranty and they will do a replacement for half price.
Not putting any more money into that company. Like others I’ll wait and see what else fails.
Wow, that's a hell of a coincidence. I've had mine for about 3 years, and the temperature sensor has just failed. I reached out to to them as well and got exactly the same response. Similarly I don't like the idea of dumping more money into a company / product that seems to last just the length of warranty.
