A job posted by IAG called "Value Stream Orchestrator"

I thought this was the KGB boss who organized Trump's evening entertainment of two working ladies at the Russian Ritz Carlton's hotel, in the presidential suite.

"IAG is an organisation that embraces innovation, creative ways of thinking and empowering our people as the heart of our business. As IAG drives cultural change towards an agile and modern delivery models we've recognised the need to work closely together and make Enterprise decisions for the good of our Customers. This role will play a critical role in this process of change and shaping the delivery path of our Strategic Enterprise Priorities.

To ensure we maximise value to Customers, you will orchestrate the Value Streams in terms of 'the what' and 'the how' to ensure performance and value optimization.

To make this happen your key areas of focus will include sequencing for customer value and return on investment, delivery of initiatives, performance measurement and demonstrating financial & customer benefits.

Your success in this role will come from your ability to develop strong and long lasting stakeholder relationships across all levels of IAG. Having a collaborative working style, coupled with an openness to accept, drive and influence change is also imperative. You will have effective communication skills and be comfortable presenting in a number of mediums. Significant experience in a project leadership role at an enterprise level is fundamental, along with strong facilitation skills coupled with commercial & business acumen.

This is an excellent opportunity to help support IAG's changing landscape and making our world a safer place.

At IAG we are committed to creating a flexible and inclusive work environment that supports all our People to reach their potential and provide work-life balance. Not only do we offer career development opportunities across IAG, we will also offer you a range of great perks: how about a yearly health and wellness programme, 50% off your insurance with our brands and great discounts with a range of our suppliers.

At first I read this as "Valve Steam Orchestrator" and thought it sounded pretty cool.

“presenting in a number of mediums“

I wonder if interpretive dance counts?

Presumably the job is thinking of new and innovative excuses to increase premiums. Orchestrating increases in the streams of value AKA income streams. And presumably making our world a safer place means reducing the likelihood of major claims payouts.

All said tongue in cheek of course.

Lock him up!

It doesn't mention if a BS degree is required.
