Unusual job title. I wouldn't expect Cloud based Cryptocurrency to be very cost-effective, since a major cost is electricity, more so than the hardware.

Also with the recent drop in Bitcoin, they may be a little late to the party.

Senior Infrastructure Engineer (Cryptocurrency)


Our client is an innovator and front runner in the Cryptocurrency industry. They are looking for and innovative engineer to join their development team. As a Senior Infrastructure Engineer you will be the subject matter expert for the network and server orchestration. You will manage the hybrid cloud environment including the design, development and delivery of the Software Defined Data Centre (SDDC) tools and automation frameworks.

•Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related technical discipline
•Experience in VMware VSphere
•Experience and technical skills to communicate an architectural perspective
•Domain level knowledge of Microsoft and Linux
•Experience with AWS and Azure
•Commercial experience with Automation Tools
•Deep level understanding of Orchestration
•Critical thinking and strong initiative
•Blockchain experience is not a requirement however you will need to demonstrate you are a self-starter with a passion for advanced technology
•Knowledge and excitement for disruptive technologies and Blockchain technology

Remuneration: Package between $100 - $120K depending on experience.
