myopinion: Did a speed test in Pukekohe on the iPhone 5 using Vodafone and got this :)

Nice, sorry to go off topic but is this the same speeds you could expect from Ipad3 ?

Also were you in central Pukekohe? wondering how fast Patty will be.

Mine also at 3-4 weeks still. My Spec Candshell case arrived from the US this morning. I am very happy with it. I won't lie, I've been holding it and pretending there's a phone inside. Embarassed

I'm still Processing, with delivery of 29th October at the earliest.

Would suck if they all got to NZ on Monday 22nd (Labour Day).

I came from a 3GS with the 3Gb plan. I hardly ever go past 400Mb/month and wifi was much faster. So I thought 2Gb should be more than enough. In a week since launch, I've done 500Mb on the iPhone 5 as it was generally faster than my ADSL. Just something to think about for those upgrading.

I usually max out 3GB almost every month. Can't imagine using any less :)

Is that because you've been using it more due to the fact it's faster? Or is it due to the issue being reported where the phones are using mobile data even when connected to a wireless network? I know Verizon customers experienced it, and I've now heard reports it is not limited to just that network.

Is it correct that these phones cost US$8 to make over in China?
