Hi Everyone

I am almost at my wits end and have trawled the forum and internet to see why I am having the problem I am having.

Anyhow, new iPhone 5 on Telecom.  Came with generic sim that I asked Telecom to change to my existing number - all good so far.

Trouble is that all my incoming calls come up as 'UNKNOWN' or "BLOCKED" on the display.   These callers are all in my contact list and should have their name come up like they did on my 4S.

Other issue is (and this has been happening for the last month or so on both the 4S and 5) that FaceTime disconnects after 90secs.  Never had any problems before, just says poor video and it will reconnect.  I can never get the FaceTime call back for about 2 hours afterwards.  My WiFi is strong and no issue in that department.

Anyone have any ideas.

I recall having the same issue with the unknown callers, but for the life of me I can't remember how I fixed it.
Have you got the carrier file for Telecom installed? Go to settings, general, about, if you haven't got it installed it will prompt you to install it.
