I purchased some Bose Companion 20 Multimedia Speakers and instead of one set I received four. How could they mistakenly ship a 16 kg package without noticing the fact it weighs that much and has 4 written on the side? What should I do?

They only billed me $500 (1x)

Also I see no guide for returning mistakenly delivered items so I'm led to believe it must be a rare case or just never reported.
