Mine is eligible as well. It has been turning off anywhere between 10% and 30% for the past year and lasts less than 8 hrs with light use.

Hi. We bought an iphone 5 direct from Apple and its connected to Spark. Its number is the range for replacement. Spark will do this for $85. It doesn't seem exactly easy to send back to Apple, and Spark will be fine I am sure but don't see why we should pay to get this sorted?

Thoughts/Suggestions??

Tx

Mark

How is it not easy to send back to Apple? I've done repair exchange apple stuff in the past and it's always been cake.
