Hi,

I have a iphone 5. It is due to have the sleep/wake button and battery repair as part of the Apple issues they were/are having.

Tonight my phone got down to 10% battery so I was going to plug it into charge however in the mean time it has come up with grey, white and black vertical lines. I did nothing to make it do this. It was sitting on the table them BAM. The lines are solid and well defined, they are all difference sizes. When I plug it into iTunes it does not register. Unsure what iOS I have but it's about 6.?

I am unable to do a power reset as by sleep/wake button doesn't work.

I'm talking to support now but don't seem to be getting far...any suggestions??

Thanks

Had the same thing a year or so ago.... Telecom sent it off and replaced it with a refurbished one. I assumed that the phone was buggered.
