Haha I recognise so many names from last years iPhone 7 release thread.... all the same inpatient suckers.

This is better than Christmas!

All seem to be asking the same questions as last year too!

Many have learnt the lesson from last year and ordered from Apple rather than the Telco's :)

Interesting that iPhone X delivery on ones ordered now is down to 3-4 week.

While I haven't ordered an X, I do love reading these threads on release day, seeing all the posts from those that still haven't received their phone while most other people have. A bit sadistic I know :)

First time having something delivered by apple to my new workplace in Grafton, anyone in Auckland city have an idea what time they do biz deliveries? Courierpost seems to be mid-morning for us but no idea about DHL. Tho in the past when I worked in east tamaki they appeared to be delivered by Courierpost which I thought was weird.

I'm going to try an experiment. I am going to go into a store and buy one without a preorder. What store? Not saying but it is quite red.

I'll post later on today from my iPhone X.

If it's an Apple order, punch that same tracking number into the Courierpost website and you'll get more up-to-date info.

Ignore crappy tracking info.

I have bought 8 phones over the years from Apple and all have been delivered ontime. Its one of the best things about Apple. They have all come direct from China and only taken a few days to deliver and all delivered on the due date or earlier.

Could anyone who ordered through Spark who have received tracking info for delivery today please advised if they order after 8:04pm?

EDIT: Especially if ordered a 256GB Space Grey.

Had to head into work early this morning, so I'm eagerly refreshing the Courier Post tracking page for more info... God forbid I have to wait another hour! ;) Apparently my package is just chilling in Morningside, waiting for the courier.

Ah it's funny.  Last time i got a phone and it was couriered i went out to meet the courier when he pulled up on my driveway, he smiles at me and says "you can always tell the people waiting for their new phones as my tend to come outside to get it".
