When I select a Skype Contact - then press "VIEW PROFILE" I do not always get the same displayed options appearing.

(1) For some Contacts the screen will display "BLOCK CONTACT" and "REMOVE CONTACT"

(All good - one simply presses "REMOVE CONTACT" & the Contact is removed)

(2) BUT for other Contacts, when I press "VIEW PROFILE", only "BLOCK CONTACT" appears on the screen - "REMOVE CONTACT" is not displayed (in other words no option to remove the contact is offered).

(3) AND for some other Contacts, neither "BLOCK CONTACT" or "REMOVE CONTACT" are displayed on the "VIEW PROFILE" screen.

Does anyone know why in (2) above the "REMOVE CONTACT" option is not present - and in (3) why neither the "BLOCK CONTACT" or "REMOVE CONTACT" options are present???

Any helpful advice would be appreciated - So that I can remove those contacts that the inadequate screen options as per (2) & (3) above are currently preventing me from doing so.

Many thanks

You may wish to note that it is regarded as very poor etiquette on this and other websites to use all-capital letters as you have above in your thread title - in fact in all emails too. It is considered to be shouting at your audience or recipient.

Perhaps read the Forum Usage Guidelines again.

Be polite. Do not SHOUT. Do not post subject in ALL CAPITALS. Be considerate and use standard English, do not use SMS abbreviations.

That aside, the contacts that are hard to remove may be ones that re in your iOS contacts, and automatically added - perhaps disable Skype from accessing these under Privacy settings.
