Well.....when we were moving house the other week my phone fell out of my pocket....onto concrete
Everything works sweet but there is a little damage on the rear housing.

Any advice? How can I get it fixed or where can I get the part?
Any way of doing it through vodafone/apple nz? They have to offer some sort of after-sales service?

if you take it back to vodafone, they will send it away to be fixed but they will charge you as its not a fault in the phone.

Apple will fix it for you. They will charge you but you should be able to claim through your house insurance to cover it.
