Just received a shipping notification and my phone is already in Wellington. Would love the courier to turn up this afternoon but doubt that will happen as I think they are under orders not to deliver early.

I really want to get the 12 Pro Max for that large sensor. But I just can’t see myself using a phone that large as a daily driver.

:/ first world problem I guess

I had a XS Max and found it a tad unwieldy...moved to the 11Pro (standard size) and it has been much more comfortable in my tiny leprechaun hands.

That's often the case if the delivery date is an official one (i.e. the sanctioned date), as you'd well know.

Like you, I always hope I'll get an early delivery, but it's only happened after the date of first official deliveries (if that makes sense)

My Spark iPhone 12 Pro 256 has a label prepared - I am hoping it will be allocated overnight and delivered tomorrow.

Same.. hope they end up delivering tomorrow since it hasn’t been picked up and it’s end of business day already

My Guess is they cannot deliver until launch date so I think there is a good chance tomorrow getting it. They have a good system

Teardown video of iPhone 12. Interesting how the smaller form factor was achieved - a lot of components are physically smaller than those in the 11.

Mine shifted to processing at depot late last evening and is now out for delivery (since 7:20am).

Now I'm too scared to have a shower as couriers have a sixth sense on these things 😂

Hopefully it gets delivered soon.
