Badboy2303:

Got my apple order shipping email at about 6:30pm tonight. Looks like it's already in Auckland!

When the NZ post courier does a drive by and somehow gets a missed delivery ticket in the mailbox without either of us noticing the tracking will continue to say Auckland probably because that's where DHL handed over. The local dairy got it end of day. Dairy claims to do half courier's job for him.

I had to run out of the house yesterday for an hour, which is of course when the NZ Post courier attempted delivery.

They left a calling card, and I was given the option online to redeliver Saturday (today) for $5. It's been showing 'processing at depot' since last night, so I think I've just wasted both my Saturday and $5.

Popped into 2degrees Northwest, asked for an update. System just said back ordered. Told it might be here next week (think I'm in for a long wait). They also mentioned that they received no Pros or Pro Max in the first shipment which I find is weird.

Went to the bass store in Hamilton this morning, asking about my order the staff told me they haven’t got time to process yet, will call me when they do. So they had the phone from yesterday still haven’t done anything sorry I lost it, then she find my phone a pressed under 10mins, come on 2D this is really not good enough if I don’t push it I won’t get it until god know when

JerryRig Durability test for Pro Max 15...

Ouch! Looks like the marginal improvements to repairability have been to the detriment of durability in some areas.

Popped into One Invercargill Central today and they didn’t have any Plus or Pro Max variants in stock, they couldn’t say why either.

No one else notice that One NZ now only offering $500 saving over 24/36 month plans?

Same thing happen at Albany, made contact with people at 2d and Albany store got a rocket put up their butt by head office and within an hour of that call to the store all the preorders started to get released.

Seems to be some kind of breakdown between HO and stores about getting preorders out asap.

From what I’ve read that’s a global thing, not a 2degrees or even New Zealand. If you didn’t preorder a Pro variant you’re likely out of luck for some time.

iPad Pro 11" + iPhone 15 Pro Max + 2degrees 4tw!

These comments are my own and do not represent the opinions of 2degrees.

Thats better than Spark who removed the $400 saving on the Pro models once pre-orders closed (that saving is still available on the standard iPhone/iPhone Plus models)

Depends how you look at it: if you're already on One's $80 plan, then that's sweet, otherwise you need to spend $20+ extra/month for an additional 12 months to gain an extra $100 credit. Spark let you have the $400 credit over 12 months.
