iphones are not repaired they are replaced
your chances of finding a screen would be pretty remote

You can buy a glass panel from iFixit.com for around $60USD. It comes with instructions for installation, and there are some video resources on the site to guide you through it too. I am not 100% sure but I think they also have the LCD panels as well although I imagine installation would be a tad more difficult.

Then again if you're under warranty you can just get Apple to do it if you can prove it was a defect, otherwise you can pay for them to do it outside warranty.

EDIT: just had a look at the website.  seems like the easiest option is to get the whole display including glass panel/lcd/home button/etc for around $150USD.  Read here

All these suggestions are great, if you are wanting the damage to be reviewed by Apple's Wireless Authorized Service Provider go to Mobilefone Repair in Auckland - www.mobilefonerepair.com they will be able to assess and give you a price to get it repaired or advise if it is something that can be covered under warranty.
